The staff were so understanding and considerate about my returning late and needing to park my car. They kindly explained that if I returned and could not find a parking space, I could stay safely in my car and call the number they had provided. Someone would come out and help me.
I was genuinely touched by this kindness. It was something I never expected, and it made me feel cared for, reassured, and safe.
It is the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff that make a hotel truly special. I am very grateful for the care and consideration they showed me. Lucky 8 is fortunate to have such wonderful staff, and they deserve to be recognised for their excellent service.
