They answered questions we had and were very helpful in assisting us in how to get around the area and getting a shuttle to the ferry docs. It was a very clean and convenient property. "We stayed here in the middle of July. This place was remarkably affordable for what you get. The beach access is incredible. We had a balcony room overlooking the pristine beach and lake. The place was a bit aged but not shabby. The indoor waterpark was a nice bonus, but the waterslides were permanently closed. It was a close drive to the ferry and downtown. The ferry company offered free pickup from the hotel, so we didn't have to pay for parking."
