Loon Golf Resort Tours

Upon arriving to the property we were impressed with the outside of the buildings, grounds, and parking lot. Upon walking the property we noticed so many things not maintained like decks, railings, windows. We stayed at the hotel lodge and it needs a massive overhaul. The carpet is very old and stained, the windows need to be replaced, the fireplace door and jacuzzi tub broken, old, not useable. The deck boards need to be replaced, cabinet doors hanging in hinges… super outdated. The wallpaper was peeling off, the lobby has the worst lobby weve ever seen. A few chairs, no couches, no lounging. The flowers outdoors are beautiful , the fake flowers indoors need to be thrown in the garbage. Not inviting at all.. especially with the hot bright working lights instead of warm inviting lights. The place has good bones. The room is big. TV is big but internet sucks… worst Ive had at a resort. Streaming doesn’t work on TV. The view was great from our room except you can see everyone rlse and climb knto everyone elses balconies. No privacy and not ideal for safety. The hotel needs a lot of work.

The units are small renovated apartments. They are clean and nice decorations. However there was no toilet paper and when I texted the number I had used to get our keyless entry info I received no response. There was shower gel in the corner of the bathroom but no shampoo. Not was there a top sheet in the bed only a comforter. It did serve our needs for the 2 nights we were there.
