"Our group of 6 adults had plenty of room. The bedrooms were spacious,, great areas to relax both inside and outside, plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. The house was well-equipped with essentials for our stay. Very clean and up-to-date property, well maintained! The beds were large and very comfortable. Location is perfect with a gas station across the street and a bar with amazing food just down the road, very convenient ORV trails close by. Loved that the sound system also had outdoor...

"The cabin was very cozy and just what we needed. The hot and cold in the kitchen were switched but the owner gave us a heads up and was very attentive to anything we needed. Definitely loved this stay and will come back in the future."

"A great little place on a nice small lake. Selling point and most fun of the weekend was using kayaks and rowboat. Only 20 minutes to Gaylord. Nearby Otsego Lake State Park for beach fun. Super appreciate the communication from owners- as well as providing extra requests!! Would consider this place again!"

"Cute cabin, my nieces enjoyed the loft area. I just don't understand why they charge a large cleaning fee then ask the guests to wash & put away all dishes, round up all the towels and put them in the tub and strip the beds & pillows. Taking out the trash and cleaning your items from the refrigerator I get, but not the other stuff...unless you cut down the cleaning fee!"

"Very well kept cabin with easy to follow instructions. Owner was very helpful with all questions and always accessible. Plenty of amenities to enjoy our stay. We were only there for a weekend to be certified for scuba diving in Higgins Lake, so we didn’t have much free time, but we wish we could have stayed longer to use the kayaks. We were able to roast hotdogs and smores at the firepit with the abundance of firewood and plenty of outdoor chairs available out back."

"We went up north for a little getaway. Used the cottage as a home base to do local activities. We were a group of 2 families and we had 5 kids with us. The loft area was perfect for them. The Kids: 12-16 y.o. all enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse. Need to bring your own towels to the pool. We would stay here again in the future."

"Our family had a great long weekend at this cute cabin! The cabin has everything we needed, a nice sized yard for kids playing and campfires, and you can walk to the lake. The area is quiet, relaxing and all around a great time. We hope to come back again!"
