Memorial weekend
The motel is run down and probably the upkeep isn't what it should be. We had to ask for extra towels and washcloths, there were no utensils in the kitchen and no drinking glasses. We encountered roaches, one that was about 3 inches long and another about 1 inch long. I might possible stay there again, but my first choice would be to look for something else.

It was a very nice hotel nice couple that’s runs it very nice place is quiet the WiFi is good also if I’m ever in oakdale this will be my go to place 5star especially for the price they go for

This place was absolute trash. Couldn’t understand the accent of the check in lady. A Hooker and her John had the room next to us (it was quite obvious) the AC was strange was too cold or too hot. The off button didn’t work. The shower took 20 minutes just to get hot. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were nasty. When we walked n it smelled like a pine-sol festival. As if they were trying to cover up smoke smell in the gigantic labeled non smoking room. I’ll spend more money next time and stay at a real motel.

Nice Place
The only thing is they don't have hair dryers. The gentleman at the desk was very nice. There were three of us all girls and it was late when we made it in, he came out and watch until we unload the car and got in the room.I would stay here again I would just make sure to bring hair dryer.

The one and only complaint that I had was that the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The door to the bathroom was dirty on the bathroom side. Other than that, everything else was perfectly fine. The carpet appeared new, the bed was comfortable and the fridge was an added bonus.

Definitely not the Four Seasons
I'm not a hotel snob. I knew going in that this hotel was a no frills establishment. I was not expecting anything special. However, when it comes to even the most bare bones hotels, I do expect the basics: hot water, cleanliness, heating and air conditioner that works and a TV that works. Unfortunately, none of these were available during the full duration of our stay. The bed was comfortable and we both got a good night's sleep while we were there. The staff is incredibly friendly and really did their best to accommodate our needs. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fully solve our problems due to unforeseen mechanical errors. The rooms come with a full kitchen, which is nice. It could be a little cleaner though. Overall, you are coming to Oakdale. The town is kind of a dump and you are probably coming to visit someone in the local prison. Keep that in mind when booking. This isn't a vacation spot and if you can tolerate some inconsistencies with your room, then this is hotel is a decent choice.
