"Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable with plenty of towels and bathroom amenities. Breakfast had many choices for food and drinks so there was something for everyone. Literally right off the thruway and close to shopping and eating choices it was a great location. ..."

"Property was in nice neighborhood and good location in town. Staying here was better than at a hotel. Even though host bought new mattress, there was no box springs so bed was very low to floor, hard to get out of bed. Other than that stay was enjoyable."

"We enjoyed our 1 night stay, attended a concert at Darien Lake. Was easy getting an uber if needed to and from the venue and the place was very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had such a lovely stay. Maureen was such a pleasure to work with. We mostly took day trips to Niagara Falls, Fort Niagara, Letworth State Park and many local parks and waterfalls.
