“We sent our parents to this property for part of their 50th anniversary present and my mom said "it was very nice, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing they should mention on the listing is there is a pretty steep hill (no steps) but steep to walk up to the property. I had to use my walking stick. But the host was very nice and greeted us and offered to help us." She was very pleased.”

“I had some last minute travel and was so lucky that I came across this great place! The great communication made everything a breeze, which took a lot of stress away from having to plan last minute. The house is clean and comfortable (cozy) with very thoughtful amenities. It is situated in a very quiet area. I got a really good, peaceful vibe in the house. Couldn’t ask for more from my experience staying.”

“The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!”

“We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. Overall, if we were to come back to Virginia to visit D.C we would definitely stay here again. I……

“The property is as advertised. Warm. Inviting and tastefully decorated. Every detail has been thought of and the hosts are extremely responsive. Fantastic location within 15 minutes of the capitol buildings and monuments. Will definitely stay again with my family when next we are in the area.”
