This is nice hotel. Our room was very modern, we had a corner suite so we had nice views of Old Town. The housekeeping staff are good at their jobs but impatient if you are slow to get moving in the morning (expect fairly noisy work in the hall if it’s 9am and you’re not on the move.) Front desk staff isn’t overly hospitable, but not rude either. We checked in and checked out with them, and that was all the conversation we had during our stay.
The location is great, a short walk to the Glockenspiel, Hofbräuhaus, Residenz, the farmers market, and all the churches.
The elevator is very small, and requires a short flight of stairs to get to, so keep that in mind of you have mobility issues.
