We loved the location of this hotel - super close to all there is to see in lovely Orelans. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, in particular Daniela who was so helpful in getting us orientated and recommended some great restaurants and bars. Our stay was only one night but we will definitely return to both Orleans and the hotel. Thank you

Stunning on the inside. I loved the old-world ambiance and the beautiful furnishings. The coffee served in silver service was ooh-la-la! The room size was adequate, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a huge bathtub that involved a huge step up and over to get into. There was no shower curtain and the low mount of the handheld shower awkward to use.

At check in things went pear shaped as we were told one of the rooms had been cancelled- This was not the case as per my booking on the Expedia App 2 rooms booked and paid in November 2022 - Our travel companion was told her room was cancelled and the hotel was fully booked so she had to get a booking at another hotel - Then the hotel debited my credit card for the 2 nights after telling them the room was pre paid to Expedia in November. So now I am waiting on a reply to one receive a credit back as I have for 2 nights twice and we need a credit back for our travel companion as she did not get to stay the 2 nights in the Hotel that was pre paid and has had to pay for 2 nights at a different hotel. I am looking forward to this being resolved ASAP as a long standing Gold Member with countless bookings over many years. The Hotel offered no apologies for the mix up and tried to blame me for the room cancelation till I showed them the confirmation on the booking App

This hotel's location is perfect for exploring Orleans on foot. Our room was small, but comfortable and very well equipped. We used the onsite parking (get a reservation) and that also worked well.

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are a but small but that is to be expected in a central location. One of our rooms did smell like cigarette smoke which was the only down side.

Great location but accessible bedroom too small.
The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel ideal for exploring the city on foot, just two minutes walk from the main square. The only downside was the size of our room: I am a wheelchair user and had booked the only accessible room. The room is very small and it was extremely difficult to manoeuvre the chair around the room. The roll in shower had no seat (luckily I had a shower stool with me).

Excellent location for a quick stop in Orleans. Staff all friendly. We had the breakfast which was nice and plentiful. Parking was 20 euros but it was on site so very convenient.

Great Little Hotel in Historic District
Comfortable room that was very clean with lovely amenities. Very up to date and a great location in the historic district. Easy to walk to from the train station.

Alise at desk very nice and helpful. Other staff good too. Great location. Use hotel recommended parking or park free on street between 6pm and 9am. Indigo parking is a rip off. Very clean and good breakfast.

Excellent location, about 10 minute on foot to the cathedral and the main restaurant hub. A vast array of shops almost on the doorstep yet the hotel is located in the middle of a very quiet one way street. Parking is available by prior booking in individual garages literally opposite the hotel door.

A wonderful place to stay!
The staff was lovely and very helpful. The front desk person mapped out a walking tour of the city, and gave a recommendation for dinner. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Lastly, it couldn’t be better placed within the its center!

The location was close to the old part of Orléans. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The cost of hotel car park at 20,00 per night is high. The shower water runs off into the dry area of the bathroom. We will return to stay!

Friendly hotel
A comfortable hotel to stay in and very well located with the square just a short walk away as well as the station. Planning of the layout of the room and bathroom let them down a bit with the wardrobe lacking shelf space for clothes and the shower, which was an excellent one, lacking a proper door to keep the water inside. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly.

Nice classic European hotel - good service
Hotel was small but well-apportioned. The rooms had hard flooring (a plus since they were nice and clean), wood accents, and a clean and well laid-out bathroom. Air conditioning worked but only limited the temperature on a very hot stay. By U.S. standards it was still a little warm. Desk staff (owners I believe) were extremely friendly and helpful, taking care of re-cleaning the room when a bunch of small bugs flew in the window that I opened at night and loaning me an ironing board and iron. I did not partake of the breakfast, as I enjoyed wandering through Orléans and finding expresso and baked goods at different places. Overall, I would definitely stay here again upon returning to Orléans.

Lovely town!
The hotel was within walking distance to the train station or you can take the tram. The neighborhood was quiet. The breakfast was very nice self serve with fresh squeezed orange juice! Close to shopping and there is a grocery store around the corner.

Wonderful location near the central square in Orleans. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Rooms and baths are well laid out and very nice.

Close to the cathedral and in the old town. It was great to park the car (we chose street parking and it was fine - there’s garage parking for 20 Euros) and walk.

Great hotel in Orleans
Superbe hôtel in the city centre of Orleans. The bar in the hotel is good as well. All people who are working there are really nice, friendly and helpful. The room is good size, bed is very comfortable, great shower. It's very quiet during the night.
