The Space:
This luxury property on Lake Butte des Mortes, is a perfect year-round vacation destination. The incredible panoramic views while dining on the balcony in the summer or getting cozy by the fireplace in the winter makes this home a relaxing retreat. Come for the 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on the main level. Lower level offers theater room, seating lounge and a game room. Plus, a boathouse with dry bar, tv, and a lakeview balcony.

You'll have access to the entire property.

The Neighborhood:
The lake is surrounded by several small towns, including Oshkosh, Menasha, and Neenah. There are several public boat launches around the lake, as well as numerous parks and beaches for visitors to enjoy.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are always available, and the city is easy to navigate by car.

Hidden Fees
The property is listed at a reasonable price and the fees and taxes added seventy seven percent to the price for a two night stay. There is a 3rd party that does check in and check out outside the vrbo app. There are 3 br on the 1st floor with only 1bathroom. The second one is in the basement. Great location and nice house.
