"Franca the host went above and beyond! She helped us every step of the way and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed. We also had her prepare a meal for us and our extended family 20 people and it was our favorite meal of our trip ! Everything was so fresh and so wonderful ! Our family and guests will talk about it for years to come ! Thank you Franca for everything we loved it and hope to return again !"

"We had a lovely time. The property is as described and the kitchen is very well stocked, making meal preparation easy. Views from the property and particularly the balconies are lovely. The pool is a great size, especially if you have older children. Geatano was very helpful including showing us the best restaurants and take aways in town. "We had a wonderful time at Villa Nova. The grounds were wonderful with a pool and a barbecue, many flowers and fresh herbs if you wish to cook. Giuseppe is a fabulous host and extremely helpful. He has a Villa Nuba gold card which gets you discounts at restaurants, tours, shopping and other things. All of the restaurants he recommended were fabulous. If you plan on going to Perugia I would 100% recommend staying at Villa Nuba!"

All rooms are spacious and well equipped (good beds - lots of space to store your personal belongings) and have all their own bathroom.
