It is spread across 5 levels and features a comfortable and modern decor. The entrance hall has a separate WC. The living/dining room is equipped with a dining table, digital TV, and international TV channels, as well as gas heating. It also has an exit leading to the balcony. There is one double bedroom with a bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Additionally, there is another room with two beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave.
