Hotel was good but could be better like having easy access to use Netflix through my phone.The tv kept freezing up,and the beach was okay nothing too special.The water just didn’t seem all that clean or good looking to be in,you better off driving to front beach road and enjoy a better beach there but overall the hotel and staff was excellent though just minor things they could improve.

First time here and the area is unique and we really enjoyed it. Walking out of the hotel and being surrounded by shops and restaurants and no cars was a treat. Great dining options. Hotel staff generally were 100% on top of things. Always smiling and helpful. Only thing was that our complimentary keurig was not replaced twice. We called downstairs and they actually sent us a nice fresh pot of coffee. Other thing was that we booked a town view and were given a room with a view of the back of other homes. I mentioned it and they said that it qualified as town view. Ugh. Otherwise it was great. Concierge was always helpful. Thanks Wendy Rooms are spacious and plenty of drawers. Nice robes beach bag with towels for beach. Yoga mat in room. We plan to be back.

This is our second time staying at the property. The staff and hotel is always nice and clean. However, this time, we checked in at 4:15(check in time is at 4) and our room was not ready yet. We have two small children who had been in the sun all day and was ready for some rest. Our room was not ready until 6:00PM.
