The staff was SUPER friendly and the room was really nice, especially for the cost. It was clean, big, and came with a nice welcome gift. The pool isn't that exciting but the rest of the place is really nice. I'd stay there again...

The service was very good, very clean property. Location was great! ( the street looks kind of shady, but a block away from the resort you have everything accessible ) The only negative part was that you have to walk 3 floors up (45 steps) to your room in the resident side, they do have someone to help with the luggage. The room was small and the mattress in the room was very uncomfortable.

Nice property. Smaller than we thought. Just one main dining room. Small food selection. Items frequently repeated. No service on the beach. There are menus attached to umbrellas with QR codes to scan, how we menu is outdated and cannot order from beach. Need to go to beach bar. Never saw an employee on the beach. The all inclusive drink menu limited to about 5 cocktails to choose from and don’t change daily. The beach chair menus had other drinks how not allowed to request for all inclusive and told “menu outdated”.
