All staff interactions were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The taxi driver who picked me up at 5AM for a tour and returned for me later was especially pleasant. However, I had a few challenges: The 7-Eleven staff was somewhat impatient with me as I tried to check out. The Cafe was booked out for lunch by a group and I couldn't eat there, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that I didn't have any options for lunch except leaving the hotel or going to 7-Eleven. The pillows were too soft and I couldn't get the front desk to understand a question regarding the availability of firmer pillows. My key card failed every other time I used it in the elevator. If someone was already there, it wouldn't recognize my floor, twice I had to walk up from the 10th floor. If someone else came in after me, the elevator would drop my floor and I would have to tap my card again or the other guest would so that I could register my floor. Just a suggestion, but grab bars in the shower would be useful especially for accessibility.
