"Every nook and cranny a tribute to the history and artwork of this hotel. Ask for the 1/2 hour hotel tour offered, quite interesting. Fantastic breakfast. Good dinner at the restaurant, if not a little pricy. Staff, like all over Indonesia, such beautiful people. Will stay here again and again. "

"Staff were very courteous and explained various hotel features. Their website indicates shuttle service between the hotel and airport is provided but was unable to reach hotel before my trip to arrange for this. Not a big deal since the hotel is close tp YIA airport, but the kicker was that the reception said hotel shuttle is provided to all guests, but if they don't provide instructions or answer the call this could turn off some guests."
"Nice hotel, the room facing the street are noisy. Good breakfast and room service choice, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable will stay again next time."

"I stayed three nights here and would defiantly stay again if Yogyakarta.
Place was great - staff were excellent. Especially at reception Yudha, Fara and the duty manager Indra who helped tremendously when I had left my small rucksack with important items in the taxi and realised 6 hours later - they all helped to contact taxi company to help get it back.
Thank you to and Busma & Arif who were the main chefs at breakfast - they cooked something special for me as I’m vegetarian many items on the buffet - although looked vegetarian were cooked in chicken power or meat stock. Also to Johan who helped with car for the main temple visit. All staff were friendly. "
"A stop was lovely. The walls were very thin and because they only give you one key there’s people constantly banging on doors to be let in this happened all through the night. It was quite annoying. Also, you need a key to get in the elevator so every time one of us would leave you’d have to go down to get them because the key was also your electricity.
Definitely needs to be sprayed. There were quite a few roaches, but overall the hotel was kept up very nicely"
