This apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful building with elevator. In the heart of Louvre and Opéra district, one of Paris' must-see areas, home to numerous historic sites, monuments and the best shopping addresses.

Imagined by our architects, this apartment has been carefully designed to perfectly match the refined and authentic style of the place in which it is located. Both majestic and distinguished, each space has been designed to enhance and perfect your stay.

It opens onto a particularly spacious, designer living room. On your left, you'll discover a beautiful, functional and fully-equipped open kitchen made out of marble and wood. The lounge area is an ode to relaxation, with a comfortable sofa bed. Enjoy moments of conviviality, with the dining area perfect for six people.

Both bedrooms feature hotel-quality Queen-Size beds, connected TVs and plenty of storage space.
Each has its own sleek marble bathroom, with a beautiful walk-in shower. For added privacy, there are separate WCs (two in total in the apartment).

This apartment stands out for its selection of noble, raw materials such as wood and marble. This raw style is broken up by the alcove windows, an original detail that adds softness to the spaces.

For maximum comfort, this apartment is equipped with hotel-quality bedding, sheets and towels, a Nespresso coffee machine, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher and hospitality products.
