Located on the ground floor on a charming and calm courtyard, this large 33 sq. m flat is composed of : \- a charming living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed, \- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), \- an open well equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge, hot plates), \- a bathroom with shower, \- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment, umbrella, \- WiFi.
