Welcome to our spacious 90 sqm apartment. This space can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, with the possibility of hosting up to 7. The apartment features 3 bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, another with a double bed, and the third with a single bed. Additionally, there are 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy the beautiful balcony!

Located in the heart of the latin district, you will be in the best area to enjoy Paris. At a walking distance and immediate vicinity, there are many restaurants and brasseries. Also there is the famous Rue Mouffetard well known for its bars. Next door you would enjoy le Jardin des Plantes and Le Panthéon. All the best University of Paris included La Sorbonne are near by the apartment. You will be next to the Quai de Seine and at 15 minutes walk from Notre-Dame de Paris and from le Jardin du Luxembourg.

Getting Around:
Very easy and safe access. It is pleasant to walk around :-)
