Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
*Please make sure the hot tub cover is on *All board games are back in their boxes *All furniture returned to its original location
O Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked *reminder: to close electric lock door, Lift handle UP and hold it!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

1. Smoking and parties are prohibited. Small family gatherings are fine. If you have a pet, please do not leave them unattended outside.
2. Please do not drink any colored liquids while sitting on the beds, cushioned chairs, or couches. Please no swimming/skating in the ponds.
8. NO sitting or rough housing on the pool table. Any damage to any playroom equipment will result in replacement costs.
