"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. We did not buy breakfast, not sure if this is possible, but there is a supermarket 600meter from the appartment and you can use the kitchen to do your own breakfast (or meals in general)"

"We spent a fantastic 6 nights staying on the We Camp Pyrenees site in mid july. For a family of 4 we had a 2 bed cabin with it's own toilet and shower, small kitchen and aircon. Spacious enough for us and had a lovely terrace to sit on. Kitchen area had enough to do simple meals, small microwave, 2 ring hob. We had a pod coffee machine but, I don't think all properties had this. No kettle. Towels were provided. The site was lovely, small shop with fresh bread and pastries (best to reserve what you want the day before). Also sold drinks, crisps, household items and bits and bobs. Supermarket approx 1.5 mile away. Pizza restaurant on site which we didn't have time to try, but looked very good. It was closed a couple of nights due to short staff. Also, brilliant small restaurant short walk away which served Tapas, burgers, traditional spanish food and milkshakes which were all delicious. The campsite was lovely, peaceful and the pool area ideal for kids with 3 slides that entertained us. No inflatables allowed and people do adhere to this. Lifeguard on duty at all times. Also a paddle court on site (can hire rackets and buy balls), football area, table tennis. All the staff were super helpful. Other facilities on site all clean and well maintained such as shower block etc. Also had a washing machine (5 euro large load) and dryer (4 euro) which was handy. "
