"This was my first stay at this property. The location is terrific for meetings in central Trivandrum. The property itself is great for a business traveller. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of both local and national favourites. The staff were unremittingly friendly and helpful.

I booked two rooms for Myself (including my infant son)old parents but when I went in to the room, it was such disappointment. Both rooms got Lots of mold,no proper housekeeping (even worried about bedbugs), old furnitures. Plus rude and irresponsible reception staff. I have pictures to prove the condition of this hotel if required I can share the same."

"This is a well kept small hotel set back into the jungle, about five minutes away from Trivandrum, with the sounds of native birds filling the air in the morning and evening. The rooms are comfortable, with beautiful tropical views, and the staff very accommodating."

Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account.
Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads more a tuk- tuk away. Mixed nationality guests including Indian . Many guests have been returning for many years , understandable. Experienced manager on duty every day with very capable staff in attendance.

"It was a one night stay before a flight. The check in was quick (but 2 forms to fill in!); the room spacious and comfortable with efficient cooling. The lift played Brahms’ lullaby.
There is a small swimming pool which I enjoyed a couple of times, which seemed seldom used, but a real pleasure.
It’s located off some main road and easy to get places.
I had my best night’s sleep in 8 days in India and that was most welcome.
Breakfast was straightforward and simple.
It is in many ways like any other business hotel but the staff were pleasant and helpful.
