10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful setting. Very convenient to Oxford. Good for families. Relaxing and great for quality time to unplug. Be attentive to beds and shower set up. Bunk treehouse is separate and best for children. Two queen beds are in loft, not separate bedroom. One fully private bedroom. One shower inside and one shower on lower level is very nice but you do need to go outside to get to it. "

"This was our second stay at this property, and we could not be happier with ot. Came down for a fishing trip with friends and this was the perfect place. Lots of room and parking for the boat. Clean and well stocked."
"The cleanliness of the indoor rooms was great. We appreciated the wifi, large tv and kitchen. Having laundry facilities was also a plus, though the washer was dated and only operated on warm water cycle. I was concerned with furniture in double bed room off the kitchen…cabinet holding tv could not be opened safely without danger of tv toppling . Could be a hazard for families with young children. We found the house to meet our needs very nicely overall."
