“The apartment is located on a side road with separate entrance. Very friendly host with 2 cute little dogs. So we had a lot of fun and cuddles. Close to Palmanova and Aquileia as well as to the beach in Grado. Everything is within 30 minutes by car or 2 hours by Bicycle. The apartment is well equipped. Was a very pleasant stay ”

“Sehr schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Lage. Abgeschieden, so dass man immer ein Auto braucht. Pool ca. 500m entfernt. Für uns perfekt.”

“La struttura è apparsa scadente al primo impatto. Appena aperta il portone di ingresso abbiamo avvertito un forte odore dovuto all'umidità. Nell'appartamento mancava la luce nel bagno e la doccia era priva di una porta. iil WiFi non funzionava tanto meno la tv collegata al WiFi stesso. Le 2 camere erano prive di armadio e solo nella camera principale c'era una cassettiera già piena di biancheria mal tenuta. La separazione delle 2 camere doveva essere con una porta scorrevole ma la stessa era……

“Appartamento ampio, comodo e pulito.Situato in una zona tranquilla e centrale permette in modo comodo di raggiungere qualsiasi sito di interesse sia camminando che mediante utilizzo di mezzi di trasporto, la stazione ferroviaria è vicinissima.La signora Nicoletta host gentile e premurosa. Pienamente soddisfatto. ”

“Sehr gepflegte, saubere Anlage. Absolut ruhig gelegen, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, sehr gut zum Radfahren auch mit Kindern. Liegt zwar abseits aber mit dem Auto ist man ruckzuck im Hotspot.”

“Check-in komplett problemlos und mit persönlicher Führung durch das Appartement.Küche top ausgestattet inkl einigen Grundzutaten wie Essig, Öl, Zucker, Kaffee... Sogar fürs erste Frühstück Zwieback, Marmelade und Honig. Alles sauber.Hatten ein Upgrade und durften im Penthouse wohnen. Ein Traum dort oben. ”

Nos hôtes nous ont réservés un très bon accueil. Strassoldo est une belle localité chargée d'histoire et sa situation nous permettait d'accéder facilement au bord de mer à Grado. Pour les cyclistes il est bon de savoir que Villa Vitas se trouve sur l'itinéraire de la via Adria qui relie Salzbourg à Grado. ”
