“We came here for a wedding in Carmel and this property accommodated our family beautifully. It was spacious, well-appointed and very private, with gorgeous grounds. We will definitely rent this property again for a future family vacation!”

“The house is conveniently located between Big Sur and Carmel by the Sea. It was incredibly spacious and the views were amazing! Keep a lookout for otters down below. Like previous reviews expressed, it was very outdated. There was also too much chlorine in the hot tub to be user friendly.”

“The house although beautiful and well built was in pretty rough shape. The AC, hotter, ice maker and appliances did not work. Gate didn't work, we were able to patch it together.”

“Beautiful, large Spanish-style villa in nice neighborhood, near Spanish Bay. Beds very comfortable and well appointed. Nice putting green and fire-pit in yard. Kitchen and baths all worked well. On the negative side, we found the garbage in the back to be overflowing onto the ground, and the Green Egg barbecue was not prepared to use. I had to clean it out in order to use it.”

“The shared spaces and bedrooms were very nicely updated. However the bathrooms really need updating. If you’re tall (I’m 5’10”) be ready to duck under the foyer and kitchen lighting and both showers.”

All 7 of us fit very comfortably in the house. It's a gorgeous location! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It exceeded my expectations and made our stay in Pebble Beach so enjoyable. Would definitely book again!”
