Apartment ideally located at the foot of the Palace of Kings of Majorca, in a quiet street, a few meters from the city center with its shops, cafes, entertainment and monuments ... Completely renovated with taste in 2017, keeping its charm and providing all the comfort to relax and enjoy your stay in Perpignan. The apartment, very bright and without vis-à-vis, offers an area of 115m2. It is on the first floor of a 1920 villa, it is composed of 3 large bedrooms. From its two west-facing balconies, you have a clear view over the rooftops of the city as far as the Pyrenees. It is the ideal place, comfortable and practical by its geographical location ... for holidays or a business trip.
In this villa, there are also two other apartments that allow you to come with family or group.
