"At the time that we stayed there, construction was under way in the office area. The attendants were very friendly. The beds were clean but there was a gap under our door where debris was coming in from. The door was not quite level with frame. It looked like it was “quickly” cleaned but not great. We stayed for 2 nights visiting with family."

"Shower rod wad inside tub not useable, smoke detector covered in plastic wrap on wall, phone wasn't connected to a wall jack no cords on it, room leaked rain thru cracks above door. Complained 15 mins into stay they didn't do anything offer a different room nothing til day we were to check out. We won't go there again didn't even offer a discount on room either terrible stay oh and room faced sun and all but door was glass very hot in room with ac on 60"

"Seriously there are not words to describe how horrendous of experience this was...Sooooooo...I didn't know what I was expecting but definitely wasn't expecting what I saw when I unlocked the door to this property... it was a unique distinct smell of old folks home and weed...I have kids and couldn't stay there...from the broken blinds to the unsecured windows that don't lock in an old run down apartment complex...it wasn't safe and definitely wasn't sanitary...We ending up getting a hotel elsewhere to put up up my family for the night but definitely took pictures and leaving a review worthy of the unworthiness the pictures do this place an injustice. Expectations vs. Reality just don't match up. Very disappointing all the way around from the condition of the place to the poor communication when requesting the wifi password... had to ask to check information and was never contacted again after asking for wifi details 3 hours...we had everything out of there by 930 pm... only reason not sooner because we had to secure another place on a concert and softball tournament weekend which wasn't easy...hope no one else falls prey to the pretty pictures you posted versus the reality of the condition this place is in."
"Our niece was graduating so we wanted a place that could host the whole (Large) family. This place was perfect! The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. There was a lot to do to keep everyone occupied and happy we had age range of 2 year old to adults. Definitely recommend this place for a large family "

"Does not fit 6 people. Only 4. I have two sons that are around 6 foot and they had to sleep on the floor. The bathroom does not have a door. Made things very awkward since we were staying with in laws too."

"The property itself was fine. There definitely needs to be dish and laundry soap on site. The host had laundry soap delivered but it was after we had left to purchase some. We realized the dishwasher container was empty after returning though.The main issue I had was hours after check out, we were told that housekeeping could not find the house key. Me being sure it was returned, clearly stated it was in the lock box, 100%. That didn’t seem to satisfy the host. I was then contacted several times by Vrbo, as we were trying to enjoy the last day of our vacation. When I returned to my phone and after hearing all my voicemails, I contacted the host via phone who laughingly said they found the keys. There was no text sent to me that they had been found and I’m doubting they notified Vrbo being that I received all those calls. "
