While this property is under constructio , there are definitely some things that could be better. Cheap bed frames and beds, new showerhead not installed correctly, dirty dirty hallways, loud noises while checking in, breakfast was hardly warm. Air conditioner worked fine and room was nice size, just expect more for $150.

We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls.

Overall Great Stay! Comfortable beds, great staff, and it's a really neat place. Dislike neighborhood noise, maybe different on a non weekend. Would choose this hotel again.
