“2月26日晚入住，预订一个豪华标间3个普通标间。可是到了酒店却告诉我们只有一间3人房，2间普通房。房间狭小，床也很小，2个成人睡很挤，同照片显示差距太大了；还多收了10美金的房费，说是房间差价；房间的卫生条件也不敢恭维。严重影响了我们出游的好心情，只能给个差评”

When I told the staff that my flight is in theorning, they asked me if I needed any pick-up service directly, promising me that if there was any suitable room, they would let me check in first. Staff are warm and friendly and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Easy access to street markets, museums and the Royal Palace as well as the riverside. ”

“It wa not a nice experience ever,I had been told that I can’t check in when I reached the hotel...it seems the hotel didn’t get the reserved information from Hotels.com ...but the manager gave a excuse that the room has been damaged by the typhoon yesterday.....there was just a rain yesterday okay?....although he was kindly arranged my room in the other hotel...but it was totally a different standard f me...felt so badly that I was wordless that moment coz I was so tired... Even I sent……
