To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. The manager and staff were amazing. From the moment we entered, she truly cared about our stay, not only at the hotel but in Pulia as well. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast was delicious.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The photos and the high price tag make it look like a luxury hotel, but that is far from reality. To start, the hotel doesn't even have a pool, and the bar area has nowhere to sit. The air conditioning in the room takes forever to turn on, making it incredibly uncomfortable every time we walked in. The shower stall is tiny and completely floods the bathroom floor. However, the biggest disappointment was the beach club. The beach is shared with a public club that rents out chairs, so it was completely packed. There was no way to relax, as we were stuck between crying kids throwing slippers at each other. The beach service was painfully slow; we had to constantly wave our hands hoping a waiter would eventually look at us. When the food finally arrived, it was immediately covered in ants, and we had to throw it away. We were so frustrated that we left the hotel less than 2 hours after checking in and only came back to sleep. To top it all off, they couldn't even manage to get us a dinner reservation at the restaurant before 9:30 PM. Save your money—this place is definitely not worth it.

The hotel room was beautiful and immaculately maintained. The hotel staff was beyond attentive and hospitable. We were greeted in the parking lot by two staff members that proceeded to help with our luggage. We were then served tea upon our entrance. Their BROS restaurant was superb! Excellent service and a great meal! Even their "resident" cat, which we endearingly nicknamed Puccia (for the Puglian bread) Martina (for the town) was so so friendly. His name during our stay was Puccia Martina. The grounds were so private and peaceful. In a great location close to town. We used this as our home base and drove to places like Locotorondo, Alberobello, Ostuni, and several beautiful beaches. Would not think twice to stay there again.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean place and nice rooms. Only down fall is it’s a little dated. Could use some updates. Other than that it’s a very nice place. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh eggs your way made to order with a barista on standby to make your espresso or cappuccino. 7/10 I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us.
