This my 3rd time staying at this property. There is a serious water leak from their sprinkler system that was leaking 2 months ago when I stayed last and is still leaking. Unreal how much water is simply going to waste, it's shameful. They REALLY need to replace the old crappy mattresses, so uncomfortable. The breakfast was just fair, machine coffee, yuck. Had to go to a coffee shop for a decent cup. This property has such great potential, just needs some serious money put back in. Great location and dog friendly is why we stay

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The host made it very easy to find and order food to be delivered. It is far enough out to be a retreat but close enough to town for convenience and cell service.

TV wasn't even hooked up. Internet didn't work. Hair all over the floor. Blood on bed sheets. Bath towels stained. No blinds on windows and morning sun lit up the entire room. Office staff lied about TV and Internet until I threatened to call hotels.com and then they came clean and apparently neither have worked for over a year.

Great location - clean and comfy

I stay in a lot of hotels and motels, and this ranks up there with one of the worst. The carpets were filthy in the hallways, and in the room, a lot of things were out of order, there was no coffee except in the morning, and the room coffee was watery. Although it is considered pet friendly, it wasn’t. The staff were not particularly nice to my well-behaved dog, and there was no outside pet area. I had to take my dog out into the desert in the back, and there were no bags or trash cans for him. The staff were very curt and unsmiling. There was one good thing, and that was a comfortable bed. The shower was extremely wasteful, considering how short Arizona is with water. I get the feeling that the hotel is going under. I know I will never stay there again.
