I had 2 rooms. Bathrooms were nasty, doors had spill marks carpet did look clean, curtains were ripped, connecting room door mobs were loose/broken, pool was closed and list goes on. Few years back I stayed at this property and was good at that time. Not sure what changed this time. Wil not select this hotel anymore.

The hotel was excellent for a one night stay. The receptionist, breakfast and staff were excellent. I could not ask for more. I was there for a funeral.

I have no complaints about my stay, The breakfast was good one day was bacon the next day was sausage along with other breakfast options and it never ran out because someone was always there to refill the pans. Everything was fresh. The workers were very friendly and always asking “Are you okay, can I help you with anything “.Someone was always at the front desk willing to assist you.

Staff was wonderful, and the place was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The building itself seemed very in need of repairs. Painters tape holding trim on (???), drywall in the ice machine room looked half ripped out/destroyed (no sign of repairs happening), and we had to push hard to get our room door to close just to name a few. If you don’t mind overlooking the cosmetic issues would definitely recommend!

We tried to check in and was told there was a staffing shortage and non room was available. We waited 30 minutes then they said our room was ready the whole time. The room smelled like old feet the couch is dirty. You can tell by the grate in the bathroom they don't clean thoroughly. Our room was clean. The staff friendly. Walt Disney said "Do what you do so well they will want to come back, and tell others". I don't want to come back. The broken elevator, why is there not a staff elevator? Good Luck.

Great front desk staff! The front desk staff are wonderful! Very friendly & always smiling. The room was great, super clean and smelled amazing! The breakfast was nice and had plenty of options! The pool was a bonus for our guys.

It was really a great experience staying at this hotel. Friendly staff, complementary water bottles, fresh coffee, and tea available 24/7 plus great breakfast menu. Overall very pleasant experience. Will definitely stay at this facility in future.

I was there for a surgery that I had in that area which was hours from my house. The staff knew I was there for that and for recovery for a few days after. The staff were so kind and accommodating! They not only were so friendly and sweet, but they went above and beyond to check in on me every time my daughter went to the lobby. It was better than any experience I’ve had in a hotel, and I travel frequently so hotels are a second home to us! I genuinely can not thank them enough for their care and attention during my stay there!

nice desk service, clean room, but $75 dog fee ridiculous as rest area for dogs weedy, full of trash, extremely small, and has huge spot lights for building blinding humans with dogs.
