Horrible place!!
I arrived and the front desk clerk checked us first in a room with no electricity and then had him check us into another room which was extremely horrible. We came from out of town for a football game and to get some rest until the morning to explore Pittsburgh before the game. We got 0 sleep to begin with in this hotel and was already exhausted from driving.There was drug activity and prostitution going on from what my husband saw when he had to get some stuff out of our truck later on that night. All night people were yelling at each other and people were up all night in both rooms on each side of our room. It smelled horrible and the heat in the room was so unbearable we had to sleep with no blanket and next to the window to be cooler because the thermostat would not work and was broken. There was no remote to the tv as well. The whole experience was a shame and obviously poor management. I called to get a refund and did not get a call back from the manager when she said she would. Had to go other routes to fet it back. Totally would not recommend this place if my life depended on it disgusting!!

There was potential!
The one greatest thing about this hotel is its location. Unfortunately during check in the front office was greatly understaffed - so the very capable manager simply had no help. Walking into my reserved room I found the toilet was clogged and plugged with toilet paper! Also no soap, shampoo were available. I didn’t bother calling into the front desk as they were greatly understaffed and I was too busy to bother with this. I will stay again - just hope there is greater preparation for guests in the future!

Avoid staying here if possible
I normally don't post but to summarize: horrible stay. I was first provided with a room that was claimed to have been cleaned but per my visit, I found extremely dirty towels laying on the ground and the room really had a bad odor. So I requested another room and that room was a complete wreck. Bed literally felt like it was about to break down and not to forget that it smelt bad. Heating barely worked and the sheets and pillows had stains. I have stayed in other motel 6's before and from my experience this place was nowhere close to meeting the standards. Not sure whether COVID-19 protocols were held carefully in terms of cleansiness. I couldn't sleep all night and that motivated me to check out at 4 am to continue driving to my destination. Wish I had read the reviews carefully before booking

Condition of the room was pretty bad; smelt like weed (non-smoking room), loud bath fan, dim bath light, low water pressure for sink and shower, shower drain was loose, shower door would not close all the way and stay closed, shower drain cover not attached to the drain, the showerhead was 5 feet off the ground, bathroom door didn't lock.

This place is a joke, you have been warned... this place should be shut down its so filthy. we had never been here and just needed a place to sleep for one night and didn't want to spend $150 to sleep so we booked this... got our room key went in the room. checked for bed bugs, the mattress was stained, no shades on the light just bulb, the other light just flickered, the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Went back to the office to change rooms and they told me know they had reservations for the night... i said well I have a reservation too so please put in a different clean room... the just said no and said I just refund your money. i am like look I can't just not have a room we just drove hours and had a reservation... so I looked on hotels.com and had to find another place to go to. they did refund me my money, this was yesterday and its the weekend so we will see if I get my money back. I am glad we moved to a new place, the place smelled like weed, and people were yelling and screaming in the parking lots and rooms.

This property is completely run down there was no heat in my room at all and i talked to a few others there and they had no heat in the rooms as well while its freezing cold outside. The rooms stayed freezing. So no heat and the rooms were run down looking my wall base trim was barely hanging on. It was a hotel that seems whoever runs it lets anyone rent a room or was giving rooms away to friends for nothing bc its like everyone there knows everyone there going in and out of everyones rooms. And seems like heavy drug activity going on. Would not recommend very shady characters there.

Room was not clean . I had to go out and buy bleach wipes and wipe down the stuff off the wall above bed and then wiped down the floor , lots of hair and tons of dust .The AC stop working and they told me to put it on fan to cool my room . Didn’t offer anything else to help . The room room never cooled down . It actually got hotter . We left and checked into another hotel down the street . So dissatisfied.
