We LOVED our stay at Hot Springs Inn! We were warmly received at the reception desk and the ladies there were very happy to help us locate a wonderful restaurant for dinner. The room was lovely, and the beds and pillows were SO comfortable!! We loved the sound of the river right outside our room off our balcony. We walked to town both nights we were there. Great restaurants and coffee shops! The town is so picturesque...like right out of a Hallmark movie! You must visit Ouray and Hot Springs Inn...

Beautiful Inn, near slopes and restaurants. The staff could not be nicer or friendlier. We will be returning here next year. Love it here. Thank you Matt and staff were the best.

Wonderful spacious room. Great location with a balcony overlooking the concert area during the summer. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Covered parking, close to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again

Really love the property and the woman who ran it was so so wonderful. She gave me great tips and advice on things to do and was just very personally attentive to me as a lodging person —totally love my stay there. Will stay again.

Planned a surprise getaway for my husband’s bday, and booked a King Suite w/private hottub on orbitz. Well they royally screwed up the booking and the hotel has us down for only a standard queen room. Orbitz was a nightmare to deal with to get this sorted, and my weekend would have been ruined if it weren’t for the front desk agent, Darcie, at Chipeta. What a saint! Didn't know what to expect after deciding to stay on Norwood instead of Telluride. A great decision! The Inn is fairly new with really nice decor and great amenities. The room was a good size with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Really nice linens and towels and very clean. The staff were very accommodating and the chocolate chip cookies were a very nice treat. This is a very nice property.

Very clean and very comfortable!!! Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff member that checked me in was very welcoming and friendly. We were just passing through for a night so we didn’t get to take advantage of everything they offer but we will definitely be back. The room was very clean (not a speck of dust!) and the beds, pillows, and bedding were very comfortable.

We came in late at night and were climbing Mt Sneffels at 5am the next morning. Our host Kim loaded up our mini fridge that night with yogurt, muffins, pastries, and eggs because she knew we wouldn't be there for the free breakfast. The hotel we usually stay at in Ouray was fully booked so we decided to try the China Clipper based on the reviews we read. We’re so glad we did. Our room was amazing and Charles and Melissa were wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back.

This nicely renovated hotel on the main street in Ouray was the perfect place to stay. Nice views of the mountains, great location, and although the front desk is open limited hours--the people working there are very welcoming and very helpful. I will come back!

Wonderful hotel, friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful room. Breakfast was a bit overstated; just bread that could be toasted and fruit. We’ve stayed here twice and would stay here again.
