You're spoiled for sightseeing choice when in Carqueiranne. Plage du Pradon is a good place to begin here, but there are lots of other worthy places to appreciate. Place Massillon, Parc St-Bernard, and Tour des Templiers are close to the stretch of coastline and and will cap off your day nicely.
