“Check in was bad. Arrived at 10am. Said they would call/text us. Hung around on the resort. 3pm still no call. We go to reception, room not ready. “Wait a few minutes”. 1 hour later still not ready. Finally “ready” after 4pm. We go to the room and wait another 15 minutes while the cleaners finish. When the room was finally “ready” they forgot their broom after rushing out. The AC didn’t work the first night. Using their phones to call reception was confusing. They provide a tv in the room that……

“This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction……
