Hospitable staff, clean, location ideal to walking distance to beach and shopping. Safe place!

Great location and very nice staff. Caution, if you need onsite wifi this hotel has horrible signal strength in all areas pools rooms dining. Room soap dispensers are a disaster just avoid frustration and take them out of the holder to use. Basic rooms are small and have limited storage for clothes no place to hang wet clothes. They should put some hooks on the back of the washroom door. Rooftop pool nice but it is just a hot tub in the summer so avoid it and use the main pool for something more refreshing. Hotel use bikes are great hit. Beach chairs are offered but they don't have beach umbrellas so unable to enjoy the beach as a umbrella is a must have in the summer heat. One more warning the staff don't mention they have included a 20% tip on all your bills and then you have another option to add a tip! lol, so double tipping is common. Overall nice place.

Truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the friendly staff to the amazing pool and gym to the massive rooms and great coffee shop. I can not say enough good about this hotel.
