The staff was amazing and ready to assist. check-in/out was questionable front desk does not engage with customers. food was good, not a lot of options but has quality. rooms were renovated and spacious. based on what we paid i would say 8.2/10.

It was a good hotel but I would say only the quality of the food would get a 5 star. Cleaning crew didn’t do a superb job, we found hair all over the room after it was cleaned. There were dust and dirt in surfaces like on the coffee table and bathroom sink. Stuff profile is black and white. Some of them were very competent and helpful and some were bored to be there and didn’t want to work at all. Some reception staff was rude a bit, we asked for half an our late check out to pack our bags and said the hotel is full. The check in time is at 3 pm and check out is at 12. They could have cleaned the room more than 5 times in that 3 hour gap to prepare it for the next guest. We were told if we were to arrive at 12 then we also would be waiting for the prev customer to leave the room 😒 What no one says about this hotel is that for some reason almost all of the guests are extremely rude. They will walk on you even if you are carrying a baby. Some will cut the line, some will try to close elevator on you. We really didn’t relax here 100%
