"We loved the hotel and staff .
A few minor issues the chairs on our balcony were cracked my partner went though one of them - they were quickly replaced bed sheets had holes in them and towels had stains on them . The food is great quality but if staying more than a week be prepared to get bored and the entertainment is very good but runs on a loop so its again if you there for longer you will be very bored watching the same thing .
If going Ai the drinks are great and it is top shelf stuff...

"I enjoyed a 5 night break at Sands. A little apprehensive due to several negative reviews however my experience was very positive. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need including full fridge freezer and dishwasher. The entire complex is very clean and is thoughtfully laid out. I enjoyed the lane swimming and the surrounding area is perfect for running. I also used the gym several times. Shops and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. "There is much I like about his hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and I also like the scale of the hotel which is colossal. I also enjoy the breakfast and dinner buffet and have never been stuck for something to eat. The location is set around a 20 min walk back from the beach front which again I quite like as it's quieter and more tranquil.

"A beautiful hotel with 4 pools and loads of sunbeds that are cleaned everyday. All the staff are very good as well as the cleaners. Everyone was kind, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good and a feast of food for everyone's tastes. Wonderful stay I would not hesitate to book again."

"Ana’s villa was perfect for our holiday in Costa Teguise. We were a family of 4 with two children (18 & 20) and there was plenty of space including a bathroom each and a good sized pool. The villa was well equipped (including inflatables for the pool) and centrally located within walking distance from restaurants and shops and approx 20 minutes walk to the centre of Costa Teguise and the beach. Ana was quick to answer any questions we had (including restaurant recommendations) and let us have an early check in/out.We would definitely book this villa again if we were to return to Costa Teguise."
"Really enjoyed our stay at BLUESEA Costa Bastian! The food and drink options on the all inclusive are brilliant and the room was really spacious and clean. The hotel staff are brilliant and always helpful and polite including the animation team! Plenty of sun loungers avaiaoable all through the day. Only real issue is the cleanliness around the pool area, the pool has a green/yellow residue around the outside that needs sorting. Could do with a jet wash each evening. However would definitely stay here again! "
"Fantastic Villa, great amount of space. We were a family of five with 3 teenagers. Pool was excellent and was cleaned twice during our 10day stay.Recommend hiring a car to save on taxis and buses. It is such a good location to get onto any of the main roads to explore the island.Just to note showers aren't very powerful and the hot water takes a while to come through.Communciation with the mangement compnay was very repsonsive, and any issues were immediately resolved.Would definitely recommend to families with teenager's "
