“We had a great time at the river bend. The house was missing some basics but it is close to hannafords where we were able to get everything we needed (garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher packs). Fairly close to downtown (about a mile) and we were able to walk. Would stay here again.”

“A really nice beach type cottage with easy access to much of the southern Maine coast. Modern bathroom and kitchen with comfortable bedrooms. A very homey feel overall with very attentive hosts who kept up with us via electronic means and made helpful recommendations. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be near the coast with a little quieter environment.”

“We rented the house to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with a small family vacation and it was perfect! We were able to bring my mom's dog and the four of us had a wonderful and relaxing time. The house was great and is in a great location. The view is even better in person!! The only issue was that the heat was on 55 when we arrived so it took a few hours for the house to warm up - but it did no problem and the electric fireplace helped a bunch! I highly recommend staying here.”

“The property was as advertised. Very clean and very well equipped. Robin was right next door and very responsive but not intrusive! Close to a small beach and Saco River, but away from the craziness of Old Orchard, which was a short drive for amazements. We went to the the Children's museum in Portland, ME which was crazy but awesome for the grandson.”

“From the moment we opened the door we felt so at home in this cozy cottage. We found everything that we needed and more. We were also greeted with a nice deck of Maine cards, chocolates and a gourmet jam from Stonewall Kitchen. Khloe, our Great Dane felt at home as well. We are so very thankful to the Graves Family for allowing dogs in this wonderful house! We will definitely stay there again!”

“We loved our stay in the Sandpiper cottage. The location was perfect and very walkable to shops and restaurants. The cottage had a really nice little kitchen with everything we needed. The living /bedroom area and bathroom were great too, We brought our dog and it was very pet friendly. We would not hesitate to book again next time we are in the area,”

“The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed.
