"This is the second time staying at this house & once again it did not disappoint. There is so much room inside: the kitchen is large & well equipped; the beds are comfy & the variety of games & puzzles made for fun nights & lots of laughter. The ocean is literally steps away & we found ourselves walking the beach,collecting shells & rocks each morning & evening. Somehow I feel we will be back. Thanks Richard for sharing your home."

"The breakfast was great! Everything was perfect... I didn't want to come home... I definitely recharged my batteries! The interior design and history were captivating. I was very pleasantly surprised. Great hot shower. Great TV. Comfy bed. Clean, clean, clean! Courteous staff and overall level of excellence and attention to detail that is rare these days... THANK YOU!!! The stairs were really steep! I had to go backwards when I was leaving! I am getting on in years and have arthritis. Next time I will request a room on the first level."

"We ended up having a wonderful stay. It started out bumpy, girls at front desk very unfriendly and never told us of free coffee, breakfast arrangement until we were leaving and asked. Power washing of chairs was right in front of us and EXTREMELY annoying for 2 days. We complained and the manager Margaret Carcaterra was very helpful and understanding. She upgraded us which eliminated the problem so the rest of our stay was wonderful. Thank you Margaret"

Great Stay

"Check-in was easy and we were greeted in a very friendly manor. The room was very clean as was the lobby and hallways. Breakfast was good and constantly being re-stocked. We traveled for the purpose of running a 5K and were looking forward to using the hot tub but it was closed due to being out of order when we returned from our race. Other than that, we had a great stay!"
