Merriland Farms Golf Course Tours

One of the reasons we have returned to this hotel for the third time was the set up on each floor with cookies, coffee, etc. However, each time we went to the area there were no cookies or snacks of any kind - not even bottles of water or ice. I texted the front desk and they said that due to the time of year, they only had those things available on the 2nd floor yet the front desk did not tell us that upon check in. I did end up seeing some cookies appear once or twice but it was hardly worth the $35/day fee that we are charged which includes this. In addition, we don't usually have our room made up when we stay for 3 to 4 nights and, therefore, no one even checked to see if we needed anything nor did we get the two bottles of water we were promised each day. Overall, we do love the hotel and the its location along with the fireplaces and the decor for the holiday season and we will likely be back one day but to charge $35/day (for what?) and then on top of that charge $45/day for valet parking, it might make sense to look elsewhere next time.

This was a great stay! Had everything we wanted. Location was excellent.

Room was ready early friendly staff and room is better than expected
