"The villa in itself is nice although there was a big problem when we arrived because we couldn’t get the early check in as we arranged, we asked if we could sit in the garden with our cases (this was around 1pm and we were told no. "El apartamento en general se encontraba en buen estado ubicado en una zona tranquila. Tuvimos un problema con fugas de agua al utilizar la grifería de la cocina, el sumidero estaba atascado y el desagüé tenía también perdidas de agua, era bastante incómodo utilizarlo aparte del consumo de agua innecesario. Además, la barbacoa se encontraba bastante sucia. Se informó a la inmobiliaria en varias ocasiones de estos problemas y de otras imperfecciones del apartamento que desconocían, aportándoles...

"Very nice place with all the required facilities. Calm, clean, with greate service. All the problems were resolved immediately. Location is near the beach. Parking, balconies and nice terrace made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Bunk beds make some noise."

"Meubles détériorés , pas ceux exposés sur le site, jacuzzi avec un pb de siphon, ça capte pas de l'eau, donc juste pour décoration, douchette cassée (réparation par mes propres moyen) L'état du lieu ne se fait pas à l'arrivée! Ça je ne suis pas d'accord. Merci comme même pout abritel."

"Hotel, whilst a little tired, was spotless. Like a lot of Spanish cities, Reus is a grid system and the hotel was on a corner. The main square was approx 300 meters walk. There is an attached cafe within the hotel but wasn't open on 3 days of our stay, which was a pity as it was very good. Overall, very good value. "

"The hotel was beautiful and generally well maintained. The rooms are fantastic, modern clean enough and the beds are comfortable. Only issue we had was a lot of dust above the led lighting board things in the wall and the shower silicon could have done with replacing. But the hotel resolved it instantly, we returned to a room that was absolutely immaculate (yes I’m probably being too fussy but in a clean freak) "
