"We had a lovely stay over several days. Breakfast was meh. The place is not fancy. But the location is great--a quiet spot on the water. The room was spacious, and the balcony was such a nice amenity. The hotel is in a rural, residential area, so bring food before heading out. There is a seafood restaurant next door, but it is closed certain days of the week. It is a bit of a drive to other restaurants or grocery stores. But that was part of the appeal. We loved being in a quiet spot to just enjoy the water. Our last day, we got up early and watched the sunrise. We are looking forward to returning!"

"Trey and his family should get a 10 star rating. I cannot describe how wonderful his place is. There was absolutely everything we could possibly need or want. The house is spotless and the views incredible. What a wonderful place! And yes, Trey always answered any questions i had immediately. Loved my little vacation there!"

"Waking up to the rising sun on the Bay was spectacular. So peaceful and rejuvenating. Make sure you checkout out Calvert Cliffs State Park too. You’ll get a workout on the multiple trails and a beautiful shoreline at the end to find some natural treasures!! Sunshine Cottage was well equipped and clean as a whistle. Beds were amazingly comfortable too. Hosts Rhett and Kay couldn’t be more responsive to inquiries. Overall great experience and would recommend for a lovely getaway. Thank you!! Sallie "

"This lovely place was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was well stocked. It was exactly as advertised, but better. It’s one of the most peaceful places we’ve found. Our dogs loved it, because they had so much space to roam and explore. We loved the beach. The host even laid a bonfire for us down there, so all we had to do is light it. So many places in the house, as well, to relax. Screened rooms balconies, etc. We enjoyed waking up in the morning to watch the deer in the field from our bed. We can’t wait to go back!!"

"the house was perfect! Jocelyn was a terrific host. She provided a welcome basket with cookies, materials for Smores. there are games, activities, beach toys, even bikes! The kitchen and entire house are well-appointed with absolutely everything you mighty need for a nice stay. Adorable interior decorating. Everything from bath towels to cookware are quite nice! The location is peaceful and quiet but you can hear the waves on the water from the open windows. Backyard had everything needed for family entertaining. We will definitely come back! Check in and check out were easy and flexible processes."

"We have stayed at many rentals and this was certainly one of our favorites! Katie is the most gracious host and was available to answer any questions we had. The house is beautifully decorated and the space is well-thought out. The house is fully stocked and we had everything we needed.My husband loved the hot tub and we both loved the huge yard! "We actually gave this to our son and daughter in law for their honeymoon. When they got there the owners had decorated the house with candles, balloons, goodies and a picture of them. They said everything was amazing and plan on going back for their first anniversary."
