"Lovely split-level apartment with fantastic views over the bay. We were a party of 6, visiting for a short cycling break. Apartment had everything we needed, and communication with the property manager was faultless. Recommended."

"We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

"My family and I (7people) stayed in Casa Maria over Christmas and had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t have been more idyllic, set towards the bottom of the historic Calvari steps in the heart of Pollenca, close to the square. The house is large with four floors, one of which is a comfortable roof terrace with superb views over the town and the Puig de Santa Maria. The three double bedrooms and the twin are lovely, one of which has the most amazing panoramic view. There’s plenty of space...

"Villa was lovely and clean welcome pack was very appreciated. A lot of mosquitoes so would like plug in for these. Pick up for key could be located at actual property. Patricia very helpful when we needed her help. Taxi to and from property convenient. Perhaps a sign at end of road would help people locate the road especially when dark but overall we loved the villa and it’s location."

"Absolutely fab appartment, everything you needed and more location close to beach and fantastic resturant across the road (but you need to book The Modesto)Cati and husband really helpful with directions and getting the key. We couldnt fault anything 2 lovely bathrooms, lots of towels bedrooms have pleanty of storage. 2 terraces with lots of seating, and a covered terrace area with a bbq. Local bus to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and Lidl a short taxi ride away. Will definatly be back, thank you...

"This is a beautiful property located in a quiet region between Pollença and Port de Pollença. We picked it due to its proximity to biking routes. Our group of 7 adults were comfortable in the four bedrooms. The property includes several cats as well as a few more from the neighbors. They mostly stayed outdoors except for a surprise visit one evening via an open upstairs window. We enjoyed the pool daily to cool down from the heat. "This is a wonderful villa for anyone sharing. There are no ‘ double beds’ as such but all singles can be pushed together. The beds and pillows were not comfortable for everyone but mostly fine. En-suite for each bedroom was a bonus and no interior steps to catch you out. Inside eating was comfortable as we were pestered by wasps and mosquitoes so repellent needed. "Just returned from 2 wonderful weeks in this lovely villa, communication with Patricia was always quick and helpful. Pool was cleaned several times during our stay, most tines before we were even up. Household cleaning / replacement towels was also undertaken a few times all without any intrusion. The backyard is a joy in the mornings for peacefully having coffee and so much fun in the evenings when we talked about our day, had wine and played games. "The villa, Can Voramar, is in a wonderful location close to the beach, on a quiet stretch of road with woods opposite, and yet a short walk from the restaurants, cafes and shops of the Pine Walk. The garden is a lovely haven day and night. Downstairs the property is well fitted out. "The villa is wonderful and in a beautiful setting, it is down a very narrow long lane, but after travelling along it for 2 or 3 days , we found this to be ok. We are a family of 10 with children 9,11,13 and 15, we all had a fabulous time in the pool, we even had table tennis and swimming tournaments😀 A few more cooking utensils in the kitchen would have been an improvement. Cati the host was brilliant, if we did need any communication with her."
