The villa, with mature gardens and a kidney-shaped private pool, is situated in the exclusive area of La Font, 15 minutes walk to Pollenca town centre and 10 minutes drive to the safe beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Cala St Vincente.
The covered terraces, front & rear of the L-shaped, single storey villa enjoy sun and shade all day long, making it ideal for alfresco living.
The house has a long living/dining room with fireplace. Off this area are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. The other bedroom can either be set up with twin beds or a 5' double. It has an en-suite with a walk-in shower.
The other 'arm' of the house has two further double rooms, each with their own en-suite, one with a bath with shower over, the other with a walk-in shower. One of these bedrooms can be either set us as two 3' single beds or a 6' King size.
Any of the bedrooms can accommodate a cot.
The set-up of the bedrooms is ideal for two families, having their children nearby, as all the rooms are in the same building.
The well equipped kitchen accesses the dining area and the spacious rear dining terrace with traditional BBQ and gas BBQ, with views to the pool.
The house has a few steps but all the rooms are on the ground floor.
There is ample parking and the property is protected with electronic gates.

We had a fantastic family holiday at La Font. The property was wonderful, had all the facilities we needed and many hours were enjoyed by the lovely pool. Communication with Maggie was very easy and all the information/recommendations she provided were excellent. We would love to return one day.

Perfect Family Holiday (despite the Government!)
We booked this Villa at last minute & the owners who were there at the time cut short their own stay to accommodate us. In the short time between making the booking & arriving Maggie made sure we had all of the relevant details, including Covid 19 info that we required to enter Mallorca. The Villa is beautiful & was perfect for us. En Suites in all rooms were a real benefit & the Villa would be suitable for 2 families or 4 couples. The pool, sun loungers & outside dining is everything we needed including toys for the children & inflatables for Adults!! The kitchen is very well equipped & well stocked with all provisions. The welcome hamper was greatly appreciated especially the wine! Location of the Villa suited us perfectly with an approx 20 minute walk into Pollenca & 10 minute car journey to Port de Pollenca which are both really nice. The location is also a good base for exploring the North of the Island. Maggie even recommended a car hire company which works really well with the way they operate. All in all we had a fantastic holiday at a fantastic Villa in a great location. Maggie was brilliant with us & provided us with everything we required to make this trip as seamless as possible in the current climate. The only slight dampener was provided by our wonderful Government who all of a sudden deemed the Balearics an unsafe place to be. I know where we would sooner be!

Lovely property equipped with everything we needed. Particularly enjoyed the outside area but plenty of space everywhere for everyone not be on top of each other. Lovely to have a bathroom each. All bedrooms / bathroom gorgeous. Lovely area to explore. Great communication from the owner. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very well appointed and comfortable villa
We had a fabulous family holiday staying here - it was like staying in a freind’s home. The villa is located in a quiet residential area just outside Pollenca. It is spacious and really well kitted out with big sofas, comfortable beds, new bathrooms and masses of high end crockery etc. None of the regular cheap rental stuff here! The pool is not huge but great for cooling off in and there are plenty of good quality sun beds in the well kept garden. The owners helpfully provide towels for bath, pool and beach so you can pack light. We really enjoyed visiting some of the many local beaches ( some by car, although these tend to be busy in August and you need to arrive early to get a parking space) and some more remote ones on foot. Pollenca is a stunning old town and the market, bars and restaurants are great. We loved the 20 minute walk into town in the evenings. Maggie, the owner, was very helpful and speedy in replying to any questions we might have. It was a very happy holiday!

Excellent Villa. Very luxurious.
Pool fabulous. Lots of beach towels and sunbeds. Two great BBQ's. Superb for a family night in. The kitchen is amazing; everything that you would possibly need and more. Wonderful welcome basket, cupboards of dry foods even items left in the fridge. Cleaners amazing. We had a wonderful family holiday here. Our grandchildren loved it. We would highly recommend this property

Just great!
Beautiful house and garden, nicely upgraded and decorated. Well equipped with sunbeds, and sitting areas. The kitchen was also full of salt, pepper, all kinds of herbs, oil and so on. Even a couple of sodas, beers and a bottle of welcome wine from the owners! Detergent, toilet- and kitchenpaper - all small things that makes your stay better. Of course we restocked during the week, so the next ones staying will enjoy the same benefit.😊 We knew the area from previous stays, and it is great. Walking distance to Pollenca, and just short drives to supermarkets, Puerto Pollence and a cozy small beach, Cala St Vicente. Just absolutely wonderful!

Wonderful villa, cannot fault!
We had a glorious holiday in this lovely villa. It is the perfect location, a nice walk into Pollensa and a cycle ride or short car ride to the beach. We hired bikes on the first day and hardly used the car, cycling everywhere; to the shops for our morning paper, to the local bakery for our fresh bread and even to the supermarket for larger items. We felt so at home in the beautifully furnished villa which had so much space for my family of two teenage boys and my parents who joined us for a couple of days. My children were delighted that the wifi was so good and the Sky television also ensured they didn't miss a single sporting event! (it was the week of Wimbledon and the tour de France!)The outside area had lots of places to sit,all with shady areas if desired and we discovered a cool breeze at the top of the garden overlooking the lovely pool. We loved the lilos that were provided and my children had fun in the pool whilst I relaxed the afternoon away on the lounger lilo. We couldn't fault the villa, will recommend to others and hope to return again soon!

Dreamy House in a perfect location !
We had the best time in this beautiful house, so nicely decorated. The house is perfect for 8 people with 4 beautiful rooms and a bathroom for each room. Everything is arranged to make you feel confortable and welcome and the communication with Maggie is particularly easy and friendly ! We all enjoyed the great pool (and the available lilos !) and the various charming spaces to eat or chill outside… I would have given more than 5 stars if that was possible ;)
