"I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the Spa. It was absolutely the worst spa and massage I've ever had and there was some suspicious behaviour in there which I avoided. However, I know that the spa is run separately. I would just recommend the management of this hotel to disassociate with the Spa and/or remove its mention from the website. Otherwise the hotel itself was perfect. Great food, great service, really wonderful experience."

"Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service"
