“Todo excelente!!”

“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit über Ostern 2023 im typischen Toskanahaus. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt sehr gut. Es war alles da, was man braucht und das Haus ist sehr schön gestaltet. Die sehr nette Vermieterin hat sich um alles gut gekümmert! Lucca ist in direkter Nähe, ein Supermarkt und leckere Pizzerien sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Wetter im April war angenehm und wir konnten auf der Terrasse schön grillen. Alles in allem ein erholsamer und schöner Urlaub und das Ferienhaus sehr zu……

“Es war wunderschön abgelegen, ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bis nach Pescia. Ein wunderschönes kleines Bergdorf eine traumhafte Aussicht und einfach soooo viel Natur. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos (auf italienisch) und er war sehr freundlich. Der Garten war an einer Seite durch eine Hecke umzäunt, da wäre mir ein richtiger Zaun lieber gewesen. Mein kleiner Hund ist einmal sehr übermütig durch die Hecke durch und dahinter die ca. 2-3 Meter hohe Mauer hinunter……

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. 2-3 Mängel wurden sofort beseitigt/ ausgetauscht. Auch bei möglichen Ausflügen/Aktionen waren sie sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Hund wurde freundlich behandelt. Manchmal waren die vielen Kinder am Pool etwas laut, sodass man dort die eigentliche Ruhe nicht immer genießen konnte. Aber das ist ja ein sehr individuelles Bedürfnis unsererseits. Die Wohnung war etwas klein und entsprach nach meinem……

“We loved to stay at casa terra. It is a beautiful house with everything that we needed. The fireplace gives it a very cozy touch and warms the house also on rainy days. The house is placed in the mountains and in a cute small village with a lot of cats. In the valley we could find all we needed, supermarket and pharmacy e.g.. Lucca is a beautiful city but also visiting Florence, Siena, Pisa and Levorno was possible from our place. The hosts are wonderful people and asked whether we needed……

“Hôtesse très sympathique et disponible, petit jardin pour les enfants et appartement très bien, est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, quartier très calme où nous avons pu laisser notre voiture sur l'emplacement prévu.”

“Logement sympa situé à proximité de Florence, Pise, Lucques, Cinque Terre. Appartement mitoyen de chaque coté ( voisins parfois bruyant avec les enfants le soir) , commerces proches, beau village. Bon séjour dommage pour le temps...”

“Our time in Tuscany was absolutely wonderful, Franco was such a great host, he had a snack and a beverage waiting for us and it was a pleasure to visit with him. The Villa was so wonderful and we all had a hard time leaving, the adorable little annex was my favourite. We had 4 couples and we each had our own little spaces with our own bathrooms. The pool was refreshing at the end of a hot day and the Restaraunts in Monte Carlo, San Salvatore and Marginone were spectacular. Absolutely loved our……

“Siamo stati qui in tre famiglie con bambini e siamo stati benissimo. Spazi ampi anche dentro casa, proprietari super gentili e disponibili.in estate con l'uso della piscina deve essere ancora meglio! La casa è isolata, i bambini hanno giocato molto anche all'esterno, senza disturbare nessuno. Da lì siamo andati a Lucca, Pisa, zoo di Pistoia (NB i tempi sono lunghi, ci vuole un'oretta di macchina per andare a Lucca e anche di più a Pisa). Unica pecca della casa: abbiamo trovato molte……

“Grande maison spacieuse, bien décorée et propre. Située au calme en pleine nature avec une vue dégagée magnifique sur la région. Pratique pour visiter la Toscane en voiture ou en train depuis la gare d'Empolie. Notre hôte nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous a donné des conseils pour les visites et les achats pratiques. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette location.”

“Pratica per raggiungere luoghi d’interesse anche attraverso la stazione vicina ”

“Complexe de maisons abritant plusieurs vacanciers. Le site est en flanc de montagne avec une vue dégagée très agréable. La partie de la maison louée, sur 1 étage (rdc 3 chambres/Salle de bain), était bien à l'écart des autres habitants avec une terrasse privative très grande munie d'un barbecue au top. En revanche la 4ème chambre nécessitait de sortir de la maison car à part du reste de la maison... Nous ne l'avons pas utilisée... Les toilettes étants eux dans les salles de bains de chaque……

“Our family spent a wonderful week in the Tuscan hills. Gianluca’s home is well appointed and very comfortable. The property is on the top of a Tuscan Mountain. The views are amazing! The property has a church dating back to 1005 and a wonderful restaurant run by Furio and his family. There were 8 adults and the home had plenty of room for all of us! We would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to take day trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the surrounding areas! Gianluca was very easy……

“We had a wonderful stay. It all starts with a welcoming drink when you get to the hôtel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We even got them to organize a picnique for us in the hotel park. It wasn’t too far from Florence so we could spend the day there. The food was good and we enjoyed every night a few drinks at the bar. The spa was great, we enjoyed a few massages there and had a great time sunbathing at the thermal pool. I would suggest though that the hotel improves its signs in the……
