"Quiet countryside property. The rooms were nicely appointed but the walls are thin and you could clearly hear the people on the other side. We made sure we spoke quietly so we wouldn’t disturb any of the other rooms but unfortunately that was not reciprocated. A nice spot convenient to some beautiful Umbrian towns. You definitely need a car to stay here."

Friendly staff, clean lobby, and clean, basic comfortable room (actually at one time I think it was a holiday inn) excellent Neapolitan restaurant in same complex. "
