"The promo for this hotel on Expedia was very misleading. We wanted to stay on or near Vaxholm. This hotel ad claims to be right near Vaxholm but it is nowhere near it, unless maybe you have private transportation We paid for the room at a non refundable rate . It is hard to get to Vaxholm from this hotel without a car. We therefore could not stay at the hotel. "The family cabine we recieved was really dirty and unsanitary. The toilet seat had hair and per stains all over it and the shower door was full of hair. The second floor thats supposed to fit two people to sleep has barely place to fit the two beds and it’s impossible to stand there, theres literally no place for half the body to fit in the so called room. The warm water in the shower lasts for a 10 minutes shower, after that it’s freezing cold water. Whoever wanna shower has to wait one hour...
